Need pointers on integrating credit card process in PS Billing with 3rd party systesm

 We have a homegrown credit card processing system and PS needs to integrate with it to do settlements in PS billing and also add customers and credit cards through AR. 
We are planning to use Integration broker as the 3rd party system has web services exposed. 

Can any one please share information regarding this. 

we are on release 9.1 and tools 8.50.
