 has anyone ever connected peoplesoft to an Avaya contact center remoete site for enabling the CTI intergration service. Or should I say anyone ever created a CTI middle ware for peoplesoft to connect to an avaya PBX/IVR switch so call center agent can utilize the multichanel framework facilities!!
