BLOB Document as attachment in Notification

 Hi,

I am trying to attach a .xls/.xslm document as an attachment in a notification via email.I was able to see this notification in applications but could not receive the same in email(notification preference is MAILHTML).

Workflow is erroring out with " [WF_ERROR] ERROR_MESSAGE=3835: Error '-6502 - ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small' encountered during execution of Generate function 'WF_XML.Generate' for event 'oracle.apps.wf.notification.send'. ERROR_STACK=
