Create DFF in main Collections Form

 Hi~

We have a requirment where we have to enable DFF to enter special text information in main collections Header information form, where customer Information (last Name,First name, Delinquencies is given.

Can somebody please help me in which table is the collector information saved in/or if we can create DFF in the collections Form.

Please advice as this is urgent requirment.
