[Workflow Notifications] To extract a full list

hello,

im currently looking on all the workflow documentations right now. and they are all brilliant. thanks to all of you, while im exploring this.

im thinking about extracting the list of all the workflow notifications, like for example. logging on as a sysadmin account then when you go to the full list of your workflow notifications. is there a way i could extract all of this through the web application or through the database?..
