Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

we have user who is getting closed notifications as well and this is flooding his mailbox.

We checked wf_notification table and we can see notifications with status closed lying in it.(may be that why he is getting those mails).

THen we ran Purge Obsolete Workflow Runtime Data and it deleted the records with status closed.

However it is also deleting notification records with staus open?

Why is it deleting notifications with status on open ,is this expectable behaviour
