DMS: MOBILE USERS ACCOUNTS QUITE OFTEN GETS LOCKED OUT

Hi All,
Mobile client for PPC60 accounts are randomly becoming locked. It appears to be caused by invalid login attempts.
Here the steps which are used to reproduce the issue.
1. Mobile Users Changes Password on APPS (using Field Service Tech Portal)
2. Changes Password on PPC with New passowrd
3. Does Sync
4. Does MSYNC and intermittently, Password expires prompts up and users then
not able to re-login.
5. User has to change password again and it will work.
6. Happens a couple times a month.
Any help will be welcome.
