 Hi,

Installing Identity Management failed at step 16 of 16 (Configuration Process > Configure Oracle Identity Management Components > Create Oracle Internet Directory)

OS: Windows Server 2008 32bit

Identity Management Version: 11.1.1.2.0

Error info:

A window pop up says: oidpasswd.exe has stopped working.

After click close the program, a new window pop up says: oidctl.exe has stopped working.

After click close the program, Error message says:

Error creating ASComponent oid1 Cause:

An internal operation has failed: Exception in onCreate()

Action:

See logs for more details.

Can someone help me?
