Grouping Collectors & Collection Managers by Region

 Hi

How to group collectors & collection managers by region. say,

I have 10 collectors; 5 for US region and 5 for all other regions and i have 2 collection manager ; 1 manager for US with 5 US region collectors assigned, similarly another one assigned with other region collectors.

I did created a separate group for each region. and respective collectors and collection manager.

But still if i log in with US region, i can see all customers - including other regions delinquent customers.

How to stop one collector viewing other collector customers?
