Sales Order approval using email

Dears,

Our Oracle version is 11.5.10.2

we have implemented a customization on standard sales order workflow in order to add approval steps for SO.

End user is able to approve using application but we are not able to approve using email.

when I press approve link in the email body a reply message gets created then I press send.

nothing happen waiting for more than 20 mns.

how I can enable approval using email response.
