OIM 11g and Connector for Lotus Notes

Too,

When trying to perform a manual provisioning of user of OIM 11g to Lotus Domino (see the images in the link here), only enter the required data (image1 of the ling) ,but at the end of the process fails (image2 of the link)

¿Any suggestions?
