Modem Huawei E173 usb 3g

  Hi,
I need your help because I have a modem Huawei E173 usb 3g but in Solaris 11 express I can not use.
I upgrade the archive driver_aliases with the line "usbsacm "usb12d1,1c0b"" but when I run "tip /dev/term/0 " I receive connected but I can not put any commands for example "atz".
Before I have a modem Huawei E220 usb 3g and it's work well.
Could you help me to configure the modem Huawei E173 for work well, please?
