PO Workflow - Where does it obtain approver email address ?
When the PO Workflow sends notifications to users / approvers, does it look for the email address on the User record or the Employee record (in 11.5.10) ?
I read on a previous discussion document that when both fields are populated, the employee email address is used - if this is the case then is it possible to modify the workflow to only use the email address on the User record ?
