Has anyone ever seen this error message below and if so do you know how to fix it? Please advise.


getRegionCodes Exception :null

Managers in our company make changes to the employee HR information using Manager Self Service transactions such as Change Pay, Transfer, Worker Status Change.  After submission the transaction goes through approvals.  Most of these transactions complete successfully.  In a small number of cases, when the Approver opens the Notification they see this error.  The changes in the transaction are not displayed.  This is a display issue.  If I query the tables, I see all the changes submitted in the transaction.  Even with this error, if the approver approves the transaction, it records the changes in the HR system successfully.  So the problem is - the approver is not able
