How to collect data on who is connecting to OID

All I need are datestamp, requesting IP and response (if any.)
So far the only way I can get 2 out of 3 pieces of above data is by scraping the listener log of the database that supports OID. Not a very efficient method.

I've read the chapters on monitoring and statistics collection for OID, but neither offers what I am looking for.

Anyone have any ideas?
