OID server configuration - error in existing database server

 Hi Friends,

I plan to configure standby OID Server to establish user connection in case any failure in Primary OD server. I choose one server which is already installed oracle 9.2.0.8 with some training database.

I installed oracle 9.2.0.8 and created a database and then overwrite oracle 9.2.0.1 oid in development server it was working fine, But if I did the same  in production i am getting the error

I created a database  to configure OID server then i try to install oracle management and intagration and  OID server.

When it reach oid configuration assistant it show database name,system pwd and port, i typed password for system.
