Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Unable to generate Excise Invoice Number

Hi,

I am getting following error when executed "India Excise Invoice Process".

ORA-20199: Unable to generate Excise Invoice Number ! Please check the Setup

I have defined Excise invoice numbering in Org Additional information for new year.

Could you please help to solve this?
