how does IdM 7.1.1 AD gateway excute powershell command on windows?

 I am having trouble to excute a powershell scripts on a windows machine using resource action in IdM 7.1.1, however, I could excute "echo hello >>c:\junk.txt" and "ipconfig" etc. The powershell could be excuted on the window machine itself. Any experience that you could share or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
