India Localization - Tax populating twice of what should be populated - please suggest

 Hi,

I have created New Tax category in india Localization, then assigned this tax category to Item Category & item category in turn is assigned to Customer.

But, when I am booking an Order, system  is calculating tax as double of what should appear.

Please guide for getting correct tax.
