Workflow Notification Mailer with Gmail SMTP / IMAP server

 Hi all,
Please let me know if someone was able to set-up the Workflow notification Mailer from 11i / R12 with the gmail servers (smtp.gmail.com and imap.gmail.com)

If Yes, please provide us some details.
As far as I know the gmail server uses TLS and authentication, can this be disable?
