Excise duty calculation in previous month

 Hi,

I have on question about excise duty, suppose Vendor dispatch material to organization in the month of March-10-11 and user entered those material in the month of April-11-12 but at the time of enter that material by receipt user updated  transaction date as 31-Mar-2011 then excise duty would be update in RG23 part II month of Mar or Apr.
