How do I enable Solaris accounts to receive email

  I have the following Solaris:
 
uname -a
SunOS rowlftest 5.10 Generic_142900-11 sun4v sparc SUNW,SPARC-Enterprise-T5220
cat /etc/release
                      Solaris 10 10/09 s10s_u8wos_08a SPARC
           Copyright 2009 Sun Microsystems, Inc.  All Rights Reserved.
                        Use is subject to license terms.
                           Assembled 16 September 2009

Some of the Solaris accounts on this server can/do received email but others are rejected with:
 
050 550 Mailbox not found

How do I enable the problem accounts to receive email?
