Oracle client and networking components were not found on Oracle client 11g

Hi,

  I am in a project of upgrade pf Operation System of the desktops, and te Operating System chosen was Windows 7 64bit. To access Oracle databases 10g version,  we are installing Oracle Client 11g 64 bit.

 I can access the database using SQLPLUS and SQL Developer, and I can take successfully access using ODBC connections. The problem is that some applications , it generates errors like below:

"Oracle client and networking components were not found. These components are supplied by Oracle Corporation and are part of the Oracle Version 7.3.3 or later client software installation. Provider is unable to function until these components are installed.'
