ARCRCARD job abends- Preveen please review

The ARCRCARD job abends due to unique constraint. We feel it may be a date issue, updating the date on the run control resolved the problem last time.  Preveen - I have had to reopen my closed SR (3-3009640161). Any help, much appreciated. Thanks, Carmen
