backup of DSEE 7without password

With DSEE 7, Is it possible to run a backup like we can with 6.x, 5.x without having to provide (or store in a file) the password, while the server is running ?

Also, not using frozen mode/filesystem copy. but dsconf or ns-slapd or any other command.
