PO Confirm Receipt - Where is it ?

Hi,

I'm searching for the Workflow: PO Confirm Receipt. When I open WF Builder and connect to the database, it shows me all the hidden Workflow but I don't see the PO Confirm Receipt. Is it under an other one. Where is it. I need to change the Timeout.
