Work Items getting assigned to Default Collector

Hi

All strategy work items getting assinged to default collector. 

Though i can see in the Strategy Work Items: header details i can see Collector as right collector names but strategy items are assinged only to default collector. I am not sure how its happening. I have assigned collector at customer account level and my strategy also at customer account level. 

We are in 12.1.3 version.
