am trying to install ODI on a virtual windows 2003

I am trying to install ODI on a virtual windows 2003 r2 sp2 enterprise server 64bit.

The DB is on the same server.

The repository Creation Utility runs but it does not include ODI in the list.

When I try to run ODI(general) install, I am prompted for the java_home path. it is not accepted when I enter it.

Any suggestions?
