How is CF_BAL_LINE_NUM field value defined for WTH lines in VCHR_ACCTG_LINE record?

 Hi,

I have created a voucher R1 with two withholdings, both set at voucher post. In VCHR_ACCTG_LINE, two WTH rows are created for ACCRUAL entries with CF_BAL_LINE_NUM  field values as 51 and 52. On what logic

CF_BAL_LINE_NUM  value is defined for WTH rows?
