Business Events in ORacle EBS

 I am trying to get some information on using Business events in Oracle EBS. Per oracle Business Event description from the Integration Repository responsibility,  whenever a supplier/supplier site/supplier Contact is created or updated, the  business event "oracle.apps.ap.supplier.event" will be triggered.
Using TIBCO, when trying to get the attribute of the business event, we only can see the default schema, which only has event name and event key.  No details on what is updated or created.

Can anyone help with this.  We talk to TIBCO Support and response was :
