M5000 aggregate

Hi there,
i have a M4000 configured with a aggregate. The configuration of the aggregate falls partially away with the reboot of the server. I do get the following error command:
 /http:apache2 misconfigured: transitioned to maintenance (see 'svcs -xv' for details)

i have succesfully configured the aggregate on 2 other servers V445 and the V245.

Is it possible that the webmin-application installation causes the problem as it uses the apache web server? Feedback will highly appreciated.
