Default Operating Unit for Multi Org Responsibility
We have our MO Security Profile set up at the responsibility level for collections agent for multi-org.
If we flag the MO Default Operating Unit to be the US operating unit, when the user does a "FIND" in the collections module for a transaction which falls under a different operating unit, they must change the operating unit to be either "ALL" or the applicable operating unit. Since users don't have transactions operating units memorized, we would want the default to be "ALL". All is not an option in the Profile Option: MO Default Operating Unit so is the only option a form personalization?
