Automated disabling of AD account when unable to link AD Account to Identity in OIM during AD User T

 In 9.1.0.2 this was handled through configuring the "Reconciliation Insert Received" task in the AD User process form trigger the "Disable User" task, but how is it accomplished in OIM 11g with its new reconciliation engine?
