Upgrading from Financials 8.4 to 9.1

I'm upgrading Fin 8.4 to 9.1.  I plan to upgrade from 8.4 to 9.0 MP 5 ("transition upgrade"), then 9.0 to 9.1 Feature Pack 1 ("destination upgrade").

If we apply Maintenance Pack 11 after "transition upgrade", does this address most "Required for Upgrade" fixes/patches in going from 9.0 to 9.1?
