India Local Receipt: Items cost (base amount) not visible on form

 India Local Inventory --> Receiving --> Receipts (localised). Click on New. Provide the inter -org shipment number against which receipt has to be taken. Take the receipt of desired quantity and save. Close the base form. India Local form is open. Press Refresh button. All values populate on the form except base amount on line. This is not reproducible at will.
