PS 9.1 AR - can you email xml Statements to customers?
I am on an upgrade project for PeopleSoft 9.1. We’d like to email invoices and Statements and my understanding is that we need the xml versions to do this.
In 9.1 Demo, I have tested both the Invoice and Statement email process using the xml formats. The Invoices worked fine, and I received an email. The Statements did not work as expected.
So, can correspondence like Statements, Dunning Letters and Follow up Letters be emailed, or is it only Invoices that can be emailed, as delivered?
These were the steps I took for the Statement process:
1. Setup Customer and Contact. – option of email only, and add email address to the customer contact.
