High Seas Sale

Hi 
Need to understand how the following could be mapped in India Localization / Oracle.

We have a requirement for High Seas sale where the goods are imported into India. 
1. The sale happens before the materials land in India so there is no Tax applicable.  
2. The import is happening from different OU and SoB
3. The inventory is placed in In-transit and the sale should affect the In-transit and credit the revenue/sale

please suggest the possible mapping.
