Telnet Issue in Solaris10

 Hi,

When I am doing telnet to a remote host from my Solaris10 server it gets Connected by after few seconds it throws me back "Connection to xx.xx.xx.xx closed by foreign host"

Trying xx.xx.xx.xx...
Connected to xx.xx.xx.xx.
Escape character is '^]'.

Connection to xx.xx.xx.xx closed by foreign host.

Can someone please help me.
