Where can I find rpmlocmoveb.pls (RPM)

Hello, please somebody could help me to find rpmlocmoveb.pls in Application server, in order to provide this file to Oracle Support to check it. I just get this file in /depots/ORetail/RPM 13.1.2.2/13131/DBSource/Packages/rpmlocmoveb.pls, but I don't think this be path where should run this library.
