New PeopleSoft Billing Product Information Center
The PeopleSoft Receivables & Billing (ARBI) team has launched our new Billing (BI) Product Information Center (PIC) and 3 new Billing 'Master' documents; Setup, Troubleshooting and Error. We have also updated many Billing Detailed documents to integrate them within our new knowledge management 'hierarchy': PIC > Master > Detailed. In total, we have now 7 Billing document types as follows:
1. Product Information Center : Summary document that serves as an index for rebuilt content.
2. Master Setup Document Case Study: Main note that summarizes the high-level implementation steps for a given feature or business process.
3. Detailed Setup Document: Supporting document that provides detailed instructions for completing one of the steps in the case study article.
