Performance issues at EX_STAGE_PMT.SHEETADV.SHEETAD2?

Hey there,
Has anyone else encountered performance issues in the EX_STAGE_PMT App Engine at the SHEETADV.SHEETAD2 section/step?  We're finding that this step, which is just a big %InsertSelect() statement, is taking over four hours to complete in our nightly batch.

If you had performance issues with this, did you do anything to resolve them?  If so, what did you do?
