AR Maintenance Write-off

Our system previously allowed our customers to write-off more than one receivable transaction at a time.  Now the users are getting a message stating "One or more items exceed the maximum operator write off percentage limits on this worksheet. (6050,116).  When reviewing the user preference information all users are setup as noted below:
