PS/nVision Drill down Second Login

Hi,

   I am working on nVision Drill down online and it seems, everytime I Drill online, the system asking me to login the second time. so every time, I do Drill, I need to login with User ID and Pwd each time.

I know, there was a solution to this in Customer support earlier, but couldn't find it now and forgot how we fixed this before.
