Advanced Collections

Hi, I was wondering if someone can help on the following:-

-          Predelinquent collections

o   We need to work out how Oracle have got this functionality working in R12 before we can configure the module.  There is a white paper for collections at a bill_to level but we need to map that to the Account level for the client.

 

-          Strategy Filters

o   We need to understand how these have changed from 11i to R12; you used to be able to apply a custom filter to the strategy in 11i – can we do the same in R12. The filter will basically say if the Customer level profile class is “Advertising” then the Strategy needs to be “Advertising” – it’s the way we align strategies to the customers business unit.
