Applications Dashboard: You do not have sufficient privileges to perform this function

Hi,

When I click on Applications Systems link from the Application Manager I'm getting the below error message  Please let me know if I need to add any privileges/role to myself.

An error has occurred!

Please note: You do not have sufficient privileges to perform this function.
I'm using the below navigation:-
Workflow Administrator Web Application>Oracle Applications Manager>Workflow manager>Application systems.
