Has anyone upgraded PeopleTools tables by simply exporting them from the upgraded database and then
We are testing the move to production. It appears to take a really long time to migrate the tools and some of the supplied scripts are not the best.
I am considering exporting the tools tables from the upgraded database (ie, the original copy of production that we have done the upgrade on) and then replace the tools tables on the new Copy of Production with them.
I would still run all the application table upgrade scripts. But unlike the application tables, the tools tables on the upgraded db are just the way we want them..their data is not being changed in production (except for psoprdefn as new users are put on the system, but this isn't a lot of people and can be updated manually).
