9.x Thor API Support Status in OIM 11g (e.g. OIM 11.1.1.5) for Utility Classes like tcUserOperations

Subject: 9.x Thor API Support in OIM 11g (e.g. OIM 11.1.1.5) for Utility Classes like tcUserOperationsIntF

I have a generic query about where to find dev guides and ref documentation for 11G OIM and a specific query due to ambiguities about continued specific 9.x API support and usage in 11G.

I am trying to add a lookup of attributes for OIM users to a working transform class that I have deployed in 11G OIM. Currently my transform just converts data. Can a lookup be done from a transformer? So I have questions about initialisation and usage of utility classes for lookups using the utility factory and utility classes. All documented use of this API that I have founds seems to be 9.X OIM.
