OID custom attribute migration issue

I am trying to move the custom attributes from dev 11.1.1.5 to test 11.1.1.5. ldapsearch command returns output suchway that after 78 characters in first line it moves to second line.

Now  I can print the attributes and classes in XML format. But  identifying the custom attributes and classes is becoming difficult. 

What would be best way to sync the schema from dev ?

Also let me know  the other best ways to migrate the custom attributes and classes.
