LDAP 6.3 Replication Issue: Transport Fatal Error (800)

I have a replication issue that I can't find more information on........

Example:

dsconf update-repl-dest-now -h usclspcim002.airservices.eds.com -p 1389 dc=eds,dc=com usclspcim001:1389 Results in Transport Fatal Error (800)

Error Example:

[02/Aug/2011:17:36:03 -0400] - ERROR<8318> - Repl. Transport - conn=-1 op=-1 msgId=-1 - [S] Bind failed with response: Transport Fatal error (800).

8318: [S] Bind failed with response: error_code.

Cause: Authentication failed. This may be due to an invalid host and port combination, an

invalid identity, or the fact that the consumer is down.

Solution: Check the error
