Predelinquency

The client has a requirement where a predelinquency strategy has to be applied based on the customer score being 100. Once the account is no longer predelinquent and becomes delinquent a strategy based on the customer score and profile (i.e. location) will be applied. Now I know that the above could be done however it becomes tricky as the client wishes for different predelinquent strategies to be applied based on profile rather than have once single strategy for all customers in all countries. Is it possible to apply this, and if so how?
